Brian has developed visual strategies for some of the world's best known brands. His expertise in brand identity, retail branding, packaging, visual merchandising and interactive design has benefitted clients that include Apple, United Colors of Benetton, Merrill Lynch, Levis, Wells Fargo and Restoration Hardware.

Brian held the Creative Director/Brand position with Addison in San Francisco/New York. Prior to that he was principal of AXO design studio for 10 years. During his tenure as visual director for Esprit, he moved the visual merchandising discipline towards a more brand-integrated design approach.

His work has been published in Communication Arts, VM&SD, Axis, and Print magazines as well as garnering numerous industry awards. He collects works by the influential 20th century designers, Paul Rand & Ladislav Sutnar.
